The Story

There's something deeply meaningful about helping someone

find or say goodbye to the place they call home.

I'm Lilia A. Marquez, and I was born and raised right here in the Bay Area. I've watched these communities grow, shift, evolve and I've had the honor of helping countless families, professionals, retirees and investors navigate the East Bay real estate market at every stage of life.

From the growing family searching for more space, to the couple becoming empty nesters ready to downsize, to the first time buyer taking that life changing leap - I've been there for all of it, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

What sets me apart

Most agents have a license. I bring a Master of Business Administration, years of hands on market experience, and an ever growing library of specialized certifications because I believe that staying educated is staying committed to my clients.

My negotiation skills are one of my greatest assets, earned through experience rather than a classroom. Over the years, I've developed a sixth sense for when something isn't quite right in a transaction spotting potential issues early, saving sellers thousands, and protecting buyers from costly mistakes before they arise.
